Definition: Workplace collaboration involves people working together, thus enhancing effectiveness (Coursera, 2024),
Many forms of collaborative environment:
=> Collaboration may look like individuals working independently to achieve their objectives but checking in with managers or supervisors ensures they stay on track.
=> Individuals at different organizations work together to discuss ideas and find ways for their organizations to work cohesively with one another.
Individuals can work through two main environements: physical and online.

Personally, there are several spaces to work on projects: campus, cafe, canteen, home, or some open spaces at schools.

Data Management: They offer robust data management features, such as version control, data encryption, and backups, ensuring the security and integrity of collaborative work.
Examples: Basecamp, Trello, Discord, and Microsoft Team

B.NON-DIGITAL TOOL:

Tactile Interaction: Non-digital tools, such as whiteboards, sticky notes, and physical models, provide a tactile and visual means of collaboration that can be particularly effective for brainstorming and ideation.

Creativity: They often stimulate creativity and innovation by encouraging hands-on manipulation and spontaneous idea generation.
Reduced Distraction: They can help reduce digital distractions and promote focused, face-to-face interaction among collaborators, fostering deeper engagement and understanding.
