Teachers are the factor that determines whether technology is used strategically in the classroom. Since most teachers have not experienced strategic use of technology in mathematics as a student, how can we "TEACH' this to them? What consistent experiences are we prepared to offer non- digital natives in a classroom full digital natives?  

We have a lot of LEARNING to do as administrators to TEACH our teachers to be strategic users of technology in the classroom.

We didn’t learn with technology in schools so it’s uneasy trying to teach something I haven’t experienced.
