According to the ibook, payday loans are loans that are very short term and will only last one until their next payday. Payday loans are heavily priced and are paid back as soon as the money reaches your bank account.

I am buying a new car for $20,000 and for this purpose I would use a personal loan so that I can pay the money off over time rather than immediately after. Having a fixed interest rate and payment period also factors into this decision as that will allow me to work out a definitive budget and savings method. I will ultimately pay less with the bank loans as the payday loan would continue to charge heavy fees for my inability to pay loans back with my next paycheck
