         <description><![CDATA[<div>The story that Shymkent is a green city has long been a myth.&nbsp; With enviable regularity, social networks are shaken by scandals due to cutting down or pruning trees.&nbsp; The manner of trimming the crowns of trees in winter or summer has already set the townspeople on edge, but Shymkent residents continue to criticize public utilities for this, post photos on social networks and unanswerably appeal to the wisdom of those in power.&nbsp; In parallel with this, the citizens do not lose hope to defend the trees that stand in the way of potential sidewalks and bike paths.&nbsp; The mass repair of roads and the construction of zones for pedestrians and cyclists seem to have untied the hands of tree fighters.&nbsp; This year Shymkent asphalt pavers came up with a "know-how" - they also concrete the roots of trees, although the townspeople still cannot understand why.</div>]]></description>

This building uses different sources of energy such as solar, wind and geothermal.<br><br>The CSL building is also known to be run on net-zero water which means that wastewater is being recycled while rainwater is harvested so that the building won’t rely on city water anymore.
