My favorite one was a time where we (as a class) made a Filipino poem for our adviser on teacher's day (which happened to be our Filipino teacher). He really loved it and almost cried because of it. That will always be one of my favorite core memories during f2f classes.

A tip I have from the experience is just to enjoy it. It may be stressful planning the project and making it all come to life within a given time frame, but it will be worth it in the end. The project that was a success is the TRASH TO TREES project. It was worked on by my classmates and I in which we all contributed our time. We were able to reach our goal from the recyclable trash converted to money in which we can use to buy tree saplings. 

My experience in this project was a first for me. A few tips that you and I can use for the future would be time management. Time management is useful for you are able to finish things in a more organized manner. Another tip would be good communication and teamwork. My father's company had the opportunity to bring their children and luckily brought me along. The project focused on giving orphans school supplies and spending a day with them. It was amazing to see their big smiles and learn their stories. That memory sticks to me because, at a young age, I realized how in need the world was. A tip is to be open to anything and anyone. Don't set expectations on how good or bad the end result could be. That was the first ever group work I felt in which everyone really cooperated fully. It took months of preparation and the training process took a lot of hard work to bring all of us in a unified state. I remember looking at everybody and they were smiling and laughing from the tiredness and all the hard works and that our class won. It was very memorable for me in my high school life. 

The tip here is the power of unity can only be created if we have the heart to bring the power of love that can make everybody hold their hands and reach high for the stars. Group projects such as the ones in English and Leadership Training have given me lots of experience on how to make a successful project. For example, in the Trash To Trees program which took place in the height of the pandemic, I was very proud to see the amazing results brought about by my class. We had managed to make a large amount of money and were thus, able to purchase a lot more trees than we had previously expected. Some tips I learned were to divide work amongst your team. Dividing the work makes it far easier for the leader to manage everyone else and to see if anything could possibly go wrong. Another thing I had learned was that communication was key. If we had been a bit more vague when we were talking about the figures and whatnot, the project might have come crashing down so tip number two is good communication. Finally, and lastly, encourage your members to strive for greatness. At first, I had thought this project would have been so incredibly difficult however, after a while, I realized we were more than capable to take this to another level.
