Secondly: as you are aware, we can not conduct a face to face interview, so we need to adjust our methodology. Please contact your manager and supervisor and ask them if they are happy with Skype/Zoom interview. Otherwise, you need to design your online survey and email it to them. You can include both open ended and close ended questions. You can not your questionnaire for the customers, alternatively, use google, booking.com or any other online reviews that you have access.

I have gone through your draft and given some feedbacks. Please find the attachment. As you mentioned that you wish to change your primary research to a secondary research, I have not received your updated draft proposal. If you want to proceed with a desk research, you need to remove your case study and investigate overbooking in general. It needs more effort and I hope that you have done the changes so far. This is an INDIVIDUAL assessment and you will be able to SELF SELECT the presentation you will like to evaluate from the conference.  This is what you will need to do:


  1. Check the conference schedule and take note of a presentation that you are interested in.
  2. Download a copy of the Peer evaluation form on the Moodle site, Conference tab
  3. Save a copy on your device
  4. Attend the conference session of your chosen presentation (be prepared to stay for the whole duration)
  5. Complete the Peer evaluation form and save it
  6. Upload your saved peer evaluation form in the correct stream, see Moodle site, Conference tab
  7. DONE.
Due to Zoom capabilities, ALL presentations will be automatically videoed by your conference host (at the push of a button).  Therefore your peer evaluation is worth 2.5%  and your conference abstract is work 2.5%.  Warm wishes for your peer evaluation.

    2. The session co-host will place you in a breakout room for ALL presenters

    • Individual presentations are for 10 mins ONLY, you will need to time your presentation. We will advise you when you let you know when you are at 10 mins, and you will need to finish your sentence.
    • Group presentations are for 15 mins ONLY, you will need to time your presentation.  We will advise you when you let you know when you are at 15 mins, and you will need to finish your sentence.
    • If you are a group presentation – have you decided who is sharing a screen?
    • Any students that arrive late (after the session has started) may need to present at the end of the session.

    1. At the end of your presentation, you will have a Q&A with the two moderators.  You will be asked a question about your research and provided with a recommendation for your research report.
    2. You are expected to remain for the whole session.
