They have discussed by giving introduction of themselves  and answering few question firstly as funny as <strong>Does a horse constitute a vehicle?.  </strong> Then they shifted to the vessels which carries the transport as an important relation of influence of Canadian Law. Mentioning of anything on water would come under Impaired Driving if impaired. And they continued to discuss further regarding police tools which are used to catch the culprit. And introduction of nanogram and discussion of how much THC MUST BE IN YOUR BLOOD and at last what is magic number to understand the Criminal Law Impaired Driving.</p>]]></description>

As compared to drug involving incidents alcohol cases were more likely to be cleared having the ratio of 57% to 49% respectively.          <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><p>There are different offences of having specified prohibited levels of alcohol, cannabis or other drugs in blood stream within time of 2 hours while driving. </p></li><li><p>Penalties for the same include  fines or life imprisonment depending on the offence.</p></li><li><p>Prohibited Blood alcohol level is 80mg or more per 100 ml of blood.</p></li><li><p>Having 2 nanograms and 5 nanograms of THC per ml of blood is less severe offence.          <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><p>For the offences that include alcohol , drug, or both alcohol and drug the 1st offence has mandatory minimum of $1000;for 2nd offence it is minimum of 30 days of imprisonment 120 days of imprisonment for 3rd offence.
