The goal of Spectrum, which was founded by a group of IIT alumni with extensive firsthand knowledge of IIT-JEE preparation centers, is to ensure that every JEE-Aspirant is nourished, directed, and developed to the fullest extent of their abilities. It is the Spectrum team.

We think that today's students can answer rote-based questions fairly well. However, due to misaligned conceptions, individuals are unable to respond to queries that are challenging or application-based. With a team of 16 IITians who are leaders in their disciplines and have taught technical and behavioral skills to more than 5000 students in India over the past ten years, we hope to address this basic issue. The team members have served as department heads and instructors at prestigious coaching institutions.
