Since we were born, we have been complaining and sometimes you just need to try to ask instead. Instead of trying to get our kids to stop complaining, we should teach them to not complain and ask instead. You have nothing else to do in the mean time. You don't have to wait till Monday or till January 1st. Overthinking is a problem for some because it takes away from productivity. I was recently worrying about my collage application and I would constantly ask myself "What if I don't get accepted?"
