Inherently problematic, since a whole range of precedents could be set based on uncertain algorithmic rules, which would themselves be based on 'who knows what' unstructured content, with many opportunities for rules to be applied to 'data' taken entirely out of context. Using the cards drawn, inferences could be made about people's location, employment status, group affiliation and so on... (and just maybe some reference to car ownership or driving style???). The solution to this 'problem' is simple: don't do it. Just don't do it. Although, the current technologies we can now utilise do make an overhaul of the entire insurance industry feasible. A solution I would suggest to deal with the perpetrators of this hideous acts is that social media platforms should be able to flag and delete accounts immediately in case a post is deemed it has crossed the bounds of right to privacy  or right to peaceful existence or even right to freedom of speech.

Within a health records, one can basically know the person as it generally includes phone numbers, names, address and of course your health and your medical activity. With these information it is possible for the automated feature create a sense of affiliation and belongings between persons that happens to have the same disease, the same type of health or even those that basically never had anything but that have to pay social services for those who do have health issues. Now these impedes on numerous right and the first is the right to private life as the automated processing of sensitive data is prohibited. The right to freedom of religion and belief as some induces that one are not allowed to do transmission blood or more simply give it.
 
A possible solution to the problem of fake news transmitted and elaborated on health records would be to anonymised them. In fact, it can be said that the fact that in health records, the personal information of the person is in it can create great discrepancies between categories of people. The fact that personal information besides health records would be deleted might lead to more statistical news which I believe can be considered as usually more ‘true’ if automately done.

Almost all algorithms work by budnling you into like-minded groups (think Amazons 'Others who bought this also got this' ) - thats not personalisation, thats just 'group-think' - the anti-thesis of being personal. for personalisation, I want it to look at what I buy and base further tips/hints on things related to those categories or topics (hey you bought a book about vegan cooking, how about buying this tofu strainer or bean-growing kit). likewise, very little linked to altruism - amazon , as example, has a 'charity' pop-up with scarce details and little chance to choose how to spend the donation...its just a token, not a fully fledged platform. for data protection - can they delete all my personal data?
