An effective lesson is created through interaction between the teacher and student. Rather than a teacher simply talking at their students, it is much more useful to involve them in something like a discussion. It also involves varying techniques to teach an overall idea, to make sure the students fully understand what they're learning. For example, group work can be really effective as it gets students to share their ideas with others as well as understand other people's perspectives of the same topic.

An effective lesson incorporates different teaching techniques, I think the teacher speaking, watching videos, participating in group activities, and have class discussions all help further students learning while also keeping them engaged.
In a science class I did an experiment with bubbles and we had to measure how long a bubble could last before popping. This was a very engaging experience because I got to work with others, and apply my knowledge I learned in class in a fun and interactive way.

In an effective lesson, I can picture the teacher reading with a tone that draws the students and keeping eye contact with the audience instead of being locked into the book. Interactions between the students and the teacher can also take place. These interactions can be in the form of asking questions to the students or engaging in group activities. This way, all of the students will be involved in the class.

An effective lesson, is one that is engaging and it can play on the interests of the students. For a lessons to be engaging, it has to be related to something that the students care about. A lesson should be able to convey a message by showing something that the students can relate to. The message also should not be overly complicated that a lesson can be made on how to understand it. It should be enough to hear the message and it being simple enough for students to think about it on their own.
