The three pillara of sustainabillity are tools for defining the complete sustainability problem. 
It consists of at least the economic, social, and environmental pillars. 
If any one pillar is weak then the system as a whole is unsustainable.
The consume of drugs can affect the body in different ways because of the chemicals and the addiction in fact some drugs can change people bodys and brain. Drugs abuse affects almost every organ in the human body and can cause infections, nausea, significant damage, hallucinations, and in extreme way it can caused death or illnesses for life.
The trafficking and abuse of drugs in Latin America affect nearly all aspects of the way people lives. The economic cost is huge and it's estimated nearly in $215 billion. 
The damage the drugs are reflected in the justice system, healthcare system, lost of productivity and environmental destruction.
Drug abuse may lead to specialized treatment, death, illnesses, and prolonged hospital stays.
The environmental impact of trafficking drugs is mostly the result of outdoor cannabis cultivation and methamphetamine production.

Spain and Argentina are the two countries where there are most consumers of drug in the world. But in Latin America starting with Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Panama, Haiti, Colombia, Bolivia, Nicaragua, Brazil, Peru, Mexico and many more sume up the countries where there is more consumers. In Latin America, Colombia is at the highest level of production and traffic, but it also have the highest confiscations in all Latin America countries.

For me the issue of drug trafficking is a little personal because living in Mexico allows me to live every day what the cartels and people who traffic make to the streets, to the people, and entire cities and I always believed that the government are not doing enough because sometimes it is better to have a war but in the end a different result and than to live what we already live, full of fear to go outside, afraid for young people that get into vices or worse. Because I think drugs are the basis of the money used to buy weapons, kill people, buying public officials, human trafficking, arms trafficking and others.
I think that if all this doesn't end soon it will come a day where the government and the same cartels aren't going to be able to control it.

I personally was a victim of war against drug war during most of my life I lived in Torreon. During many years there was a civil war between the two drug cartels that wanted to control the area and everyday you could see the new dead bodies on the streets and the criminal atrocities they did to them. Many innocent people where damaged, affected, or killed thanks to the war and my family feared one day the war could affect our family directly. That was the main reason we moved here to Monterrey. This is the reason this topic is very important to me and I am very concerned about this problem being solved, I have seen the innocent lives this problem take and something needs to be done to stop it, protect people, and help people that are involved on this kind of situations.

An extreme but efficient way to solve the problems that are facing Latin American countries is by forcing Cartels with bad treats and depress them to completely dismantle until they have no other option.
Reciprocity
Latin American problems are much bigger than people making decisions by their own perspective and a good way of solving this is by making an agreement that benefits all interest in an equal way.
Identity
Latin America has huges problems of drug trafficking, insecurity and many more and a good way of fixing this problem is for the world to help by working together and provide Latin American countries with better security, military forces and better leadership.

The main objective is to unify Latin America to approach public health policies:
 - To fight for human rights protection of indigenous, peasants and drug addicts
 - Execute more effective and tolerant drug policies plans
The main achievement this NGO has done is the "Developing Drug Policy Reform in Latin America" project that was developed in 2006.
In all the information that we look for we find out that countries in Latin American are not only the ones with the most production but also some countries like Argentina and Colombia have a huge problem with consumers and we think that this organization is a very good development for people to start fighting and protecting drug addicts and also the support for families of drug addicts is very important because the people that suffer the most are the people that are close to addicts.

While the case was developing, the research showed the true story behind exporting companies, real estate, football clubs and law firm, which actually are a multibillion-dollar network of transnational narcotics trafficking and money laundering.
White Carbon traffickers used a very sophisticated logistics to carry Bolivian cocaine to Spain. In the northeastern province of Chaco is Carbón Vegetal de Litoral, which is the company behind it, in this same the cocaine is packaged as coal and sent it to Buenos Aires where it gets in contamines with final destination Lisbon, Portugal. 
In the end the leader the lawyer Salvatore Carlos was captured in Rosario in 2012 and was house arrest for health reasons.
