From what I know, a number of college students were chosen and participated in the experiment. Some would be guards and some would be prisoners. After a few days the guards became progressively tyrannical and cruel which made the prisoners want to quit due to the bad treatment. I think after about 6 days the experiment was called off because it was so bad the ethics was being questioned.

In the Stanford prison experiment, students were given roles, guard and prisoner. Within a few days, the students that were given the role of guard were found to be giving cruel punishments and behaving unjustly to “prisoners”. Meanwhile, “prisoners” began withdrawing and developing negative reactions to the guards’ treatment, such as despair. The experiment was quickly ended due to the nature of the “guards’” behavior.

Everyone is afraid of death and they never think about how they also should also be afraid of life itself well in the book thief because either way living during that time feels like you're already dead. Maybe every time a person is born, Life could be narrating their journey of time and warning them to not take life for granted. idk

I would do it right now or as soon as possible. I would thank my parents for everything they have done for me getting me so far in life. My mom currently is in bed a lot recovering from surgery so I am taking care of her. This gives me the chance to physically get her farther in life, as she did for me. My father is a 20-year Marine Veteran who is heavily disabled. For the last few years, I have helped him work out his feelings and anger with different things. I have thought of him in the same things I have learned to do; when I have built up emotions coming through. This it helps him mentally recover from his harsh life, while still providing him with the physical release of tension and frustration he has with his failing body. Having to take care of my parents with their physical and mental health conditions, has given me a way to show thanks. I have never been very vocally able to properly thank them for everything as I do not know how to. I am very thankful for all that they have done for me, and I am thankful for me returning the help.

One example could be the Milgram experiment. Milgram's experiment had his volunteer group split into 2, a teacher group and a learner group. The teacher group would ask questions and the learner group would answer. If a learner group answer incorrectly, they will get shocked. The shock will grow stronger as the learner answer more question incorrect. They wanted to see when the teachers will stop shocking them. In the end, 65 percent of the teachers continued to inflict shocks right up to the 450-volt level, despite the learner's screams, and protests.

By the simple flip of a coin, participants were assigned roles; guards or prisoners. After just a few days, the guards became fueled with an excessive sense of authority and started attacking the prisoners. I do recall that the experiment had to be called off due to the dangerous acts of the guards. The point of this experiment was to document the psychological effects of authority vs inferiority. I believe that this goal was achieved because there became a blurred line between a role and reality.

Fear. Fear is a primal survival instinct we all hold. It is nature driving us to preserve ourselves in the face of danger, stress, anxiety, and etc. Often its erratic. Fear drives us all to some extent. In its wake it sprouts hate at times. The thing is hate can be sated, quenched or ended. Hate can disperse for good. Fear keeps us living, hate does not. Fear will exist as long as one is alive. Meanwhile, one and all can learn to stop hating. One can also get over ones fears, and suppress them. Unfortunately, there will always be something to fear. Its passage to learn how to surpass and live with them. Still there they are nonetheless. Hatred is something much disdained and sought by many to be ended. Fear is unavoidable so we must live with it. That may be why we are so unstimulated by things like how the world is gonna end soon. We live with the fear. Almost nonexistent it feels. Still fear and hate can lead one to do horrible things. Still I feel this may just honestly be a pointless answer. What matters is what we do.

A lot of times when I'm afraid of something, the impulsive reactions that follow are more uncontrollable and overwhelming than when I feel hatred toward something. When I hate something, I often have to force myself to have a reaction to it, and I can stop myself from feeling it much easier. When I fear something, it's much more challenging to stop the fear. It's also very likely that fear could cause hate, making fear the umbrella that is more powerful, and hate is underneath it.

I don't know if my answer is the right one, but it's the first thing I thought of. I think typically we tend to assume that boys who sing aren't as masculine as others or that it makes them more feminine. Maybe the author wanted to use that assumption to his advantage to make the choir's transition into the hunters more dramatic or unexpected. This would add to the theme of the boys having to change and adapt to survive, regardless of who they were before the island. Also, from Jack's very first introduction we knew that he was going to become some sort of dominant character, but having a group that was already willing to listen to him and follow his orders supported his place in the hierarchy even further.

throughout The Lord of the Flies you can see many correlations to the Bible and biblical times. One thing I haven't seen anyone touch on is how pigs were considered unclean to the point where people wouldn't even eat them. In the book, they chose a pig to be the lord of the flies.

In a lot of ways, you cannot have hate without fear. One can even hate their own fear. Fear drives so much of what we, as humans, say and do, and that in itself can be very powerful. Take a look at most hate crimes and what those who commit them have to say for themselves. They always feel as if they were deceived or in their right to act upon feelings that while hateful and fueled by fear, are justified in their eyes. It is hard to exterminate fear since that is an innate trait that helps us survive. A healthy amount of fear is okay, but when that fear drives us to act hostile in multiple ways to people who are undeserving of it, can we really continue to distance our fear away from ourselves when it comes out in the form of prejudice against one another?

A choir is very structured. There are specific parts and the people who are in them have to listen and follow the section they are in very carefully to have a nice blended sound. The writers used a choir to show how even the most systematic and composed people can turn into pure chaos in the right setting.

This question is so difficult for me to answer so I saved it for last. Sometimes fear and hate go hand in hand. Sometimes fear leads to hate and sometimes hate leads to fear. But there are also times when fear makes you serve something. Whether you serve it with hate in your heart or a smile on your face. Sometimes fear is the only thing that drives you to stay or to try. Fear can be such a dangerous thing to the point where you don't have hate for the thing you fear. instead you have intense devotion. Sometimes you don't even realize that there is any fear at all.
