Hello everyone, today I will talk about my fitness and my eating habits.
First thing, I will tell you about my fitness, I don’t think that I’m the guys who in the good shape, but I still go jogging and play badminton sometimes and I play badminton at 6PM with my friends at the badminton yard, sometimes I play soccer with my team, I always do it FOR about 1 to 2 hours. And about my eating habits, I love Crunchy foods, Meat and Vegetables. I like eating fresh vegetables with some meat TOO and maybe something tasty and crunchy. My family always eat kindS of meat like pork and beef so I always avoid everything's fat like lard and tallow. Vegetables are good and THEY'RE really tasty too, there are many recipes FOR vegetables and THEY ARE ALL really yummy. I like fast food but I DON'T usually eat it, I DO ONLY when my friends call me to hang out and come to some restaurantS like KFC, Lotteria, Popeyes, etc. I'm still trying to balance my course meals every day to be healthier and play more sports to improve my health.

 One of the best vacations that I still remember until now is the camping trip to Soc Son. The trip took place about 1 month ago. I went THERE with my friends by motorbike, the trip from Hanoi to Soc Son took about 2 hours, not including waiting time for everyone and finding the way to go to the camping place. When we came to the caping’s place, we started to move to the tent that we had rented before and then we started to put out the food and the drink that we prepared in advance. Then we rented an outdoor grill to grill the meat and some vegetables. Everything was really good from the Tent to the Weather but the people there were not FRIENDLY enough. But it was still fine because the trip was really fun. What I really hated the most was there were too many flies. The thing that I liked the most was the experienceS in Soc Son. The air was fresh and felt really peaceful. But for some reasonS, that's the first and it’s the last time we came there.

I usually wear a t-shirt and jeans to school and the same clothes to the cinema. When there are special occasions like weddings I often wear a bright shirt with trousers and at funerals I choose black clothes. I never wear neon chartreuse shirts or pants because they make me look dark and don’t fit me well. I shouldn’t wear the same dress code with the bride and groom to weddings, hot colours clothes to funerals and pyjamas to school. I feel great with informal clothes and a little bit uncomfortable with formal clothes. About my clothes shopping habits I often buy online on e-commerce exchanges twice a quarter but frequently I still go to CONVENTIONAL stores with my friends to get some clothes.

It is a beautiful place, with comfortable weather but really cold in winter. It's famous for Truc Lam Monastery, chilling café shop, Datanla waterfall, etc. I will go there in July with my friends for about 3 days. 

We are going to visit adorable animals in ZooDoo and have a small picnic. I think we will enjoy it. I hope it's going to be a memorable trip. We are going to stay in Suri's house homestay because it's quite cheap and near Xuan Huong lake. I'm going to take an economy flight because it has a reasonable price and I am going to catch a coach to homestay.

I often buy food at markets but sometimes at I buy it at supermarkets. I have bought my clothes online recently.  I frequently buy electronic products and household appliances at media mart or online if I am really busy. I shop online once a month but it can be once every 3 months. My favorite website is shopee and I usually pay by credit card. Shopping online has many advantages like it's so convenient and has many big sales-off events. but still there are disadvantages such as delays in the delivery, frauds in online shopping, .... I have had some bad experiences such as the received items looking nothing like those in sellers' pictures and wrong delivered items. Some factors I consider when shopping online are product quality, customer's review, and shipping fee. I rarely bargain when I go shopping at the market because it's quite uncomfortable for me. I love buying sale-off items because it helps me save money.
