Some data is unreliable. I had a student jump from BOY grade 3 to MOY grade 9. ELD students should have positive incentives to help them take the test seriously for reclassification. Taking them to a more focused classroom. Snacks. That population is heavily impacted by this test, they need all the support we can get

It's nice to have someone else in the room that is bilingual if possible. This helps break down the barrier for Ms. K who is unfortunately not multilingual. Helps to monitor small groups. Can't be done with one person.
