When it comes to meeting new people, I do not have much confidence. I automatically will feel as if they will not like me and my personality. Because of this, it causes me to act extremely shy when I normally am not and I have very low self esteem when meeting new people. I feel the exact opposite of confident when it comes down to this. There aren't really any groups and/or activities that I can join or participate in that'll help me meet new people besides going to the gym. The gym I go to is Lifetime Fitness, and although I'm not very confident with meeting new people, I have some confidence in meeting people there. I've already made several friends there that I even work out with. My gym is the only place I have confidence when meeting new people.
