This album showcases a different side of Lana Del Rey due to her unique features and her decision to discuss topics of life, like America, women, war, and most importantly, love. Moreover, she teaches us to obtain and continually strive for the power of lust or purely a deep desire for a life in which we can all be at peace. In particular, the first track of the album, Love, contains the elements of closeness and repetition.Towards the end of the bridge of the song, both instruments stop playing the chord. In this moment of the song, a sense of loneliness is felt, like a missing crayon in the crayon box, but as Lana Del Rey sings you begin to feel appreciated for what you do have have. The element of closeness and repetition of this song exemplifies how there can be a moment in one's life in which things start to change and one may begin to feel isolated, but eventually as time goes on, you can find that sense of comfort again. These elements support her idea of seeking happiness in times of troubles.
