In Iran, women’s rights have changed greatly during the Islamic Revolution. The Islamic regime, the government that holds the power, enacts many unreasonable laws in order to deprive women’s right. This is a kind of regression of human civilization, and also the destruction towards humanity. This phenomenon is going to be portraits by the changes in women’s dress codes, receiving education and the right of speech.

This is a picture showing the Iranian women’s dress code in 2005, 24 years after the Islamic Revolution. Like what says in the paragraph, they still wear the veil, but start to push it backwards and having different colors. All of these little small details shows their resistance. However, the revolution is having a profound effect. Until today, Iranian women still can not release their willing, and their rights are still not respected.
