Ironically, I listened to this album a lot as a teen, but... clearly since I'm not a teen, it's been a hot minute since I listen to it in its entirety.

 2) "Deep listening" turned out to be more challenging than I had expected. There were a lot of distractions: the neighbor mowing his yard, the AC buzzing, general house creaking. And yet, once I cranked the music up more, wedged my phone between couch cushions and laid down just to listen, it was awesome. What started as nostalgia soon transitioned into lyrical and stylistic connections to artists I listen to today. Thought a lot about Father John Misty for some reason?

 3) I would absolutely recommend this album to others!. Not only are there iconic tracks, but you can really hear  a finality in its composition; a sampling of their various sounds culminating in one final album.

4) I think my eternal favorite song is the titular track, "Let It Be." Voicenotes has been a favorite album of mine for a while. Not only does Charlie Puth's vocals totally make me jealous of how lovely they are, but the composition of the music is amazing. With every listen, there's always a new element I find that makes each song that much better. I chose Voicenotes because it's my go-to whenever I want to listen to some good music and composition inspiration.

2.) For me, I'm always doing "deep listening" when it comes to music, I can't just let it play, most of the time I get distracted by the music rather than getting distracted by something else. I love listening to every single thing about a song. I find this deep listening assignment to be right up my alley. It's nice to do.

3.) Please listen to the entirety of this album. There's not a single bad track on here. It's just a well-composed album and I've been in love with it for a while.

4.) My favorite track is "If You Leave Me Now", the vocals are enchanting and the message is amazing. I love it so much.

1.Well ive listened to this album over 100 times and what always draws me back is the grittiness and sound. Well when listening to this album i find it best to be driving  around late at night with nowhere to be.  What is different about this method of listening is that when i first heard this album i was working in a restaurant and everyday on the walk home i would pop by earbuds in and walk try to learn ODBs verse on "Protect ya neck" Its really solid and definitely worth a listen

This after just mere minutes of listening i felt a strong connection with the style and lyrical composition of this album.
2.) For this "deep listening", i closed myself in my room, put on my headphones and avoided all distractions, which meant putting up my phone and closing my laptop. Usually when listening to music i don't mind giving into the distractions and going on my phone or computer.
3.) I would recommend this album to someone who has an open mind and is open to different forms of written/sung thought.
4.)One of my favorite songs from this album is Edward 40Hands because instead of writing and singing about any basic romance as a normal band, its almost like he uses a specific experience to portray his feelings.

2. For half of the album, I sat in a corner in my room and just listened to it,  turned the lights off and left my small lights on to set a mood. For the rest I listened to it on my phone with earbuds and went outside to tan and sit by the pool. Both experiences were different, in my room it was more whimsical.
3. I would recommend this album  to others because it is very popular and I like the style of music, and all the songs kind of have the same sound and it is one of my favorite artists.
4. My favorite song from the album is Disciples, because it i short and catchy and it has a really unique vibe.

1. This album has been one of my favorites since it came out about 4 years ago. I used to listen to it a lot and it has been a while since I have listened to the whole thing.
2. When I was "deep listening" to this album, I closed my eyes and laid in my bed and listened. I could hear many sounds outside of my room so I turned the volume up and only focused on the album in that moment.
3. I strongly recommend this album. There are many interesting stories implemented into each and every song.

2) The main objective of this assignment was to get involved in deep listening, which like many other people was a difficult task especially with so much going on around me. I have 3 siblings and two working parents so as soon as they get home it is just 5 people with all conflicting conversation topics that causes a lot of noise and distraction. I went as far away from my family for about an hour and took the time to listen to this album in its entirety. He swings from a rock and roll Country style to slower, softer, and more meaningful mood. 

3)I would recommend this to anyone and especially people who think they won't enjoy Country music. This album was kind of my gateway to finding Country music I enjoy.

2. My atmosphere for “deep listening” was in my room with my drapes closed so I could focus. This experience was different from other times I’ve listened to music because it allowed me to fully take in the lyrics.
3. I would recommend this album to others depending on their music taste. I think the lyrics and meanings behind some of the songs are very interesting.

3. I would definitely recommend people listen to this album, whether they like rap or not. it talks a lot about loyalty and how your DNA is what makes you whether its good or bad.
4.  Humble is my favorite because it talks about how he struggled in his earlire years and now that he has made it he talks about how he has worked hard and been through his struggle and earned his right to not being humble about his success.

1. I selected my albums by wanting to take a look through one of my favorite animated series one more time through its use of music before the series ends tomorrow. 
2.I set the atmosphere by sitting in front of my computer, set the playlist on, closed my eyes and turned up the volume.
3. Absolutely if your a fan of the show and have already watched the series or if you want to get into it and listen to these once you've finished the series. Other than those reasons I believe that people should also give certain songs a try because of beautiful songwriting and composing 
4.My favorite song from the albums I've listened to would have to be Love Like You (reprise). Love Like You (reprise) hits so much harder than the original one. The reprise actually got me into tears.
