We need to consume the correct amount of nutrients to have the optimum results and be as healthy as possible. Consuming the correct nutrition and eating correct portions of food will prevent our body to get diseases and we will be able to stay fit. The nutrition fuels our body and we can do sports well and we can also do other things like playing with friends without getting tired easily. Having the proper nutrition will also decrease the risk of getting injuries since our body will be stronger.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Nutrition is about eating a healthy and balanced diet. Understanding these nutrition terms may make it easier for you to make better food choices. There are 5 types of nutrition which are carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, and minerals. Carbohydrates, or carbs, are sugar molecules. Your body breaks down carbohydrates into glucose .Some examples of carbohydrates include bread, beans, milk, potatoes, cookies, and more. A protein is a naturally occurring, extremely complex substance that consists of amino acid residues joined by peptide bonds. Meat, seafood, eggs, and dairy products are some examples of protein. Fats give your body energy and it supports cell functions. Some high-fat foods include avocados, cheese, dark chocolate, nuts, and more. Vitamins help with cell reproduction and growth, but most importantly for the processing of energy in cells. Some types of vitamins include vitamins A, C, D, E, and K. Minerals are those elements on the earth and in foods that our bodies need to develop and function normally. Some examples of minerals in food are calcium, sodium, potassium, and more.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Nutritions produce energy, help body structure, and regulate chemical processes in the body. They allow us to detect and respond to environmental surroundings, move, excrete wastes, grow, breathe and reproduce. Nutritions are so important because they help us with daily activities or sports. For example, Protein. The protein inside our body helps us fix and build up tissue that is important for our health. Fats are important to support cell growth and supply energy to the body. They can give our body warmth and protect all organs inside our body. Water is required to regulate body temperature, reduce the risk of cystitis, maintain cell health, lubricate cushion joints, and keep the bladder clean from bacteria. The human body can't produce vitamins so our human body relies on food or medicine. Vitamins help our human body to be safe from disease or infections. Minerals are essential micro-nutrients that help in building strong bones and maintaining a healthy heart rate. Sodium, Chloride, Magnesium, Sulfur, Phosphorus, and Calcium are vital minerals for the human body. Another one is Dietary fiber. Dietary fibers are a form of carbohydrates or polysaccharides that help indigestion. It helps the human body to be clean from any toxic waste inside the body.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Nutrition gives a lot function for the body. It can help us reduce risk of many other diseases/ sickness/ injuries we might feel or might get. It also grow our immune system too (such as bones and teeth). They gives us energy to use when we do physical exercise alot per day. The more we do physical exercise, we need to drink more and more water for hygiene. They regulate some of our chemical process in our body. If we are talking about food for nutrients and energy, we must eat less junk food/ sugary foods also like deserts. And eat at-lease 5 vegetables a day. some peoples eat 3 meals per day but it is also okay to eat 4 meals per day. vegetables gives us may types of vitamins. the types of vitamins are... A, C, D, E &amp; K. each vegetables has all different function to our bodies. But they are all healthy to eat just wash them before eating them. </div>]]></description>

And those types of food are carbohydrates, protein, and vitamins. With enough of all of these elements of food in your plate you can live healthy. Now carbohydrates are the foods that create energy to our body and the foods that are considered carbohydrates are rice, pasta, noodles, bread, potatoes, etc. that is just one of the key nutrients in our plate now what about protein?&nbsp; Well protein is the type of food that keeps our bones' muscle tissue to keep on growing but also to be more stronger like stronger bones and stronger muscle. The foods that are considered protein are meat, egg, nuts, seeds, fish, lower dairy products, beans, lentils, peas, tofu, etc. There are different types of vitamins that our body needs. One of the two famous vitamins is vitamin D, vitamin C. Vitamin C can be found in fruits and vegetables, and they help repair the broken parts of your body. Now for vitamin D you can get it by sunbathing in the morning or you can just take some pills.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
