If there is one important value that I have reflected on this experience is the value of spending time with your family. On Friday, April 18th, we gathered in the kitchen, cooking and listening to soft music while preparing arroz de valenciana. During the week, I attended the Palm Sunday Mass in which I reflected on the day where Jesus was praised and called the King of the Jews. But later on, we know that he was crucified by the same people who praised him. Just like the people who praised and killed Jesus, we too are like them. We praise him when we need him but then suddenly hurt him through sin. Let us become his true followers and be with God in heaven.
