         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li><p><strong>Lead-In/Set the context:</strong> Discussion on holidays and travelling. E.g. Brainstorm to generate ideas. </p></li><li><p><strong>Diagnostic Test:</strong> Have some phrases/vocabulary, and Ss would eliminate things that aren't suitable for the topic chosen (holidays) and things that are suitable to recommend for the topic. Ss would pair-check ideas then discuss W/CF. </p></li><li><p><strong>Teach:</strong> MFP of TL - lexis related to describing your country, in relation to historical sites, sightseeing (adjectives to describe these locations, e.g. magnificent, crowded). </p></li><li><p><strong>Controlled Practice: </strong>Ss would complete a gap-fill activity using the TL. 5 or 6 sentences. To generate ideas. </p></li><li><p><strong>Freer Practice:</strong> Ss can make notes on five activities/things to see in their country to prepare for the discussion with their classmates. Ss will need to produce a short talk recommending a five day tour of their country. T gives prompts (e.g. images/play a video that uses persuasive language). T can demo a model answer for Ss. Ss are in breakout rooms to discuss their ideas.</p></li><li><p><strong>Feedback:</strong> Ss discuss what they spoke about in the freer practice. Error correction from T. </p></li></ol>]]></description>
