         <title>Inspiration: The stairs to success.</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Everyone aspires to be a leader and a role model for everyone. I want to be a leader and a leader who can be the backbone of my colleagues to give them a bright direction of success. Subordinates are the second family to any leader. My two leadership goals are: become a better mentor and develop active listening skills. The castle in the picture below is my inspiration of growing my learning and understanding the beauty of being a multi culture leader.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Become a Better Mentor.<br>D</strong>rucker stated  "Management is doing things right; leadership is doing the right things.” Mentoring is the most crucial role in the leadership area as it has a positive impact on both the mentor and mentees. Mentoring is a strategy of transferring the knowledge that the mentor had perceived when he was himself a mentee. Knowledge, experience, failures, and success are part of the leadership journey. Swartz stated that “Mentoring is about helping another person learn through a one-to-one relationship. It is a common practice for transferring knowledge and promoting best practices at work. As well it is an effective way to develop new leaders”. A leaner must have a Good leader or mentor who can help the learner convey that he/she is in the right direction, achieve success, and be able to do that. I being a learner would expect my leader to be an inspiring mentor so that he could understand my part of work and help me motivate in every step. Similarly, I believe to be that kind of mentor who can understand its peers.  The video below is just the first step towards understanding myself personally and as a leader too. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Help by sharing their own experience of both failure and success.<br></strong>There is some unique way of being a successful leader. Every individual has some storyline through which they build their dreams, how to win when seeing any failure on how to stand again and prepare for the next win. It is about how we travel in our story towards the success, the end is not the core learning, but what matters is what and how we carry forward with our learning (JD). Sharing my own stories with their subordinates would help them boost their learning methods and give them a sense of confidence that even after many failures, we still have to stand up and look for a brighter side. Sharing the experience is like showing any learner how to get on the right track and help them select the right direction for them.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Provide Honest and Constructive feedback.<br></strong>Feedback is something that plays a crucial role for everyone. Constructive feedback, when given by using the facts, helps in analyzing the impact and discussing the consequences. Simultaneously, negative feedback can harm the role of leadership. Feedback also acts as a motivation for restructuring knowledge and helps the learners to have a reassurance that they are heading in the right direction. Feedback, when taken and given positively, helps learners and the leader to excel in their life and set their own goals.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Develop active listening and speaking skills.<br></strong>Active listening leads to effective communication, and effective communication leads to demonstrative response conveying about the understanding, what the other person is trying to explain. It is giving an acknowledgment to the other person and creates a level of trust and assurance of receiving constructive feedback. Strong leadership's extreme skill is to enable active listening to make the other person feel that they are heard and accepted and understood. I being a learner expects my leader to give me the freedom to speak and to be heard. Motivation helps the leader to get the work done efficiently and also helps them to connect with each other, and helps in accomplishing personal and organizational goals. Motivation will always inspire the employees to work hard and optimize their performance. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Defer Judgement. <br></strong>Active listening is about making the other person feel that we understand them with unbiased nature, and the other person will not be judged if making any mistakes while expressing their thoughts and idea. Any conversation completed without any judgement helps the leader to gain the respect and trust of the subordinates, making the subordinate believe that only unbiased decision will be taken, only the right side will be considered.  </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Use your own body language and gestures to show that you are engaged</strong>.<br>Your body language and movement encompass the stance, facial expressions and movements of the hands. The ability to understand and interpret body language can help you understand untold issues, problems or negative feelings that other people may have. It is very important for me to get involved in a conversation to make myself and the other person convey the level of understanding and it also acknowledges the conversation. <br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>It is very important to share our experiences and story with our team member in order to give them a platform to learn from our mistakes and make them understand our corrective plans and actions. Listening and communication is the best way to lead the other person. Personal connection with the team members creates a big difference and helps to be a prosperous and authentic leader. Authenticity is what everyone would follow and believe on. Leadership is not about commanding the subordinates instead it a platform of moving ahead together and bringing everyone's idea together too. In other words, leadership is just exploring yourself and the way of connecting with people to achieve success.</div>]]></description>
