         <title>Biography</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Patricia Boyd was born in Perth Amboy, New Jersey. As a child, she was not interested in science, but rather in art. It is only in the last year of high school that she begins to take an interest in astronomy. She studied physics at Drexel University and received her Ph.D. She is now working as a USRA (Universities Space Research Association) contractor for the Rossi X-ray Timing Explorer mission. The main objective of this "machine" is to study the different phenomena of compact objects in the field of X-rays.</div>]]></description>
