In addition to teaching, I have taken on roles as a speech mentor and a guide for students participating in business project proposals focused on solving global issues. My experience as a mentor in intercultural exchange programs in both the United States and Japan has helped me develop strong cross-cultural communication skills and a passion for building bridges between people.

Outside the classroom, I enjoy a variety of hobbies that help me recharge my batteries. I’m a dog lover, a fan of video games and manga, and I find great joy in both listening to and playing music. Whenever I have free time, I love to travel, it’s my way of broadening my horizons and finding new inspiration.

I am Elizabeth Azabache and I'm from Lima. I am very enthusiastic about taking an English certification this year. My name is Guadalupe Roque. I’m from Lima. I’m the youngest of 6 siblings.

I’ve been working as a teacher since 2007. I started teaching Computing at Primary school, but in 2023 I started teaching English to 4 and 5 year-old- children and EPT at Secondary school.

Apart of teaching, the other things I love are listening to pop and soul music, reading thrillers, cooking, watching movies and decorate my home.

In my free time, I like going out for dinner to enjoy grilled meat at a popular restaurant in my city with my brother and a friend. It's a great habit we keep at least once a week.

I returned to Peru a year ago after being in the US for training and work. I missed the food and my family so much. I suffered a bit because I couldn't find a decent Grilled chicken or Chaufa 🥲, but other than that, it was a very nice experience.✌🏻

I like to read books, watch anime and manga, listen to music from different languages, and play video games in my free time.

I have a beautiful Maltese puppy named Channel; she's my companion and my baby.

after we finish our daily routines, our last day or activities arrives... fridays. I think more than 90% of population love this day as the weekend starts.

the perfect weekend is to finish the week without thinking about what to do next, to arrive home and not to do anything, to have our food prepared, not to do any activity at home like to clean or to wash.

The next day, saturday we should go to the countryside, far away of civilization without noise, only thinking about us, to go to see the nature, to breathe the air without pollution, to listen classical music.

the idea is to relax and to do whatever we want, someting we love and makes us feel confortable. the next day on sunday to have breakfast alone. in conclusion, not to have anything pending makes us relax and return the next day of our weekly activities with energy and not to feel tired because monday is a hard day, many people don't like it.

A city celebration

Independence day of Peru. It celebrated each year on July 28th and 29th, it was one of the most important national holiday in our country. This event transforms all people, because we celebrated and recognize our tradition, history, and festivity.

Lima begins to change weeks before the holiday itself. Streets are decoradted with red and white flags, you can see also, buildings with large banners, all hoses has our flat outsite.

On July 28th the official ceremonies is with the military salute and with a solemn Te Deum Mass. This mass is official in the cathedral of Lima.

What made me feel scared when I was 12 years old, while I was sitting around a warm bonfire listening some stories of my grandfather?

My grandpa, a great storyteller, lives in a faraway small village in the countryside of the Amazonas region, there was no electricity in that erea at that time. So, as part of our routines some nights, we sat around a bonfire with our relatives and my grandfather told us about a mythical creature that lives in the forest, he named it as "la duenda". Why such a name? Well, it is because that creature appeares only in front of some lonely male travellers, it can imitate your most loved relatives' voice, like your mom's, sister's, wife's, even your son's. When a male traveller hears a familiar voice in the middle of the forest and decides to follow it, he never returns.

In addition, My grandpa tolds us that in one occasion, while he and my younger uncle were camping in the forest because the night caught them in the middle of the trip, some noises were heard around the camp tent and after midnight those noises sounded like human steps on the dry leaves on the floor. The harassment intensified when "la duenda" shook the tent and made loud laughter as a diabolic creature that we watched on movies. But they had a trick to drive the creature away. which was to burn some garlic cloves, subsequence to do that it went away.

What I remmber most about my grandfather's final words is if we have to walk alone in lonely paths, our spirit have to be strong to avoid dangerous distraccions.

1. What are your future plans?

Managing time could be a bit hard, but not impossible, I think it is just practise.

2. Sometimes it is a little difficult for me to manage well the times I wouldn't be able manage it without practice i have to enroll in different situations or topics to have clear ideas and answer.

2. What I usually do to support my ideas is to use specific phrases to express agreement or disagreement and complement them with some scientific or social studies and with my own experience.

when I support my ideas I analyze daily life situations and then I link it with my ideas.

2. I usually think and try to order my ideas to support my points of view about the topics I try to tell why I am agree or disagree about it, I use vocabulary, connectors, grammart etc. all that I learned.
