1) One of The Catalyst ran a pottery zoom session in June 2020

At the session we discussed things that were important in our lives and made pots that represented what these things were. These are pictured below.

Pets were discussed within this and the barriers the group had faced in having pets and after a chatting we decided we wanted to do something about this and undertake research through creating a survey.

2) At the end of June The Catalysts as a group designed a survey to understand individual experiences of having pets in care

We did this again using Zoom and collectively by :

3) The survey ran from July until September

After this the findings were analysed and The Catalyst met to decide how we would like to showcase what we found

4) We created an advisory group to make the actions called for in the survey a reality
