I am struggling to see how I will use it other than the obvious visual

things like Graphs and equations and geometry and transformations. Maths

is skills based and practise of these to problem solve can be done on the ipad

just like on paper. Games are too obvious for basic number practise and that

is great for lower band juniors - perhaps I need to see more stuff!

Good to start actually communicating about what we can do with the I-pads.

I now have a school gmail address, but I still need a tutorial in the uses of Google plus, google docs, google drive etc. I would appreciate a more structured sessions for those of us who feel more like beginners with the various google tools.

I'm enjoying using EduCreations to record short clips of me annotating passages, images, etc. recordings can then be uploaded to Google Community or other class pages for students to access. Be warned - it records sound too so while you annotate you might want to verbalise annotations otherwise, go easy on the heavy breathing

Hi Joanne - Here are a list of Maths sites that are used to blend e-learning and maths. You probably already have them but this may be the best place to start you search on Math Apps. I'll also keep looking for you.

I love the http://www.edutopia.org/ site which has load of great advice 21st century teaching.
