It is usually called a '' fry-up ''.
The tradition of breakfast dates back to the Middle Ages when there  was only 2 meals a day so they needed to be substantial.
At first such a large breakfast was eaten by the wealthy but during the Victorian Era the working class began to enjoy a full English Breakfast to give them strength during a hard working day.
The full English Breakfast is still enjoyed today and is usually found in Cafes or hotels and more often on holidays abroad.
