Benefits of working together as a team was that we were agreeing to them things we want to plan on and how we would want the graduation to be for the kids at the daycare, and that each of us wrote down something on the paper we planned on.

the challenges on working together on planning the graduation were that we had to take turns writing and we had to rewrite some of the letterings we wanted to say or how we wanted the planning to be.

The challenging part was preschool summary -About all the domains as I barely knew that child.

The challenges was when we thought of what we can do for the graduation what we needed for example, supplies for food, the 4 year old what we can get for them for present, who would be in charged on giving, planning, making etc. and what was needed.

Benefits of working together as a team with the planning Graduation event and the Event plan was important for me as we get to know what to do as a team and know what to do with the Graduation plan and the event plan. Working as a team like these events is important as we get to know what to do.

Benefits on working together and thinking of what we need for the plan is a good thing because one person doing the plan is overwhelming, working together is a lot faster. What’s gonna work? team work!

Benefits on working together is important as we are planing together and not be alone, we agree to each others and plan better for the graduation. Team work is that we think together and team work on writing.
