Turnout in ballet is something I feel has got better with my training comparing it to how it both felt and looked in first year. Though this is a picture of just the position of the feet it is important to remember that the turnout comes from the glutes and is impossible to maintain throughout excercises without a strong core.

Here is an attempt at what we have been learning over the last term. A fouette is something I have not yet got perfect but a big improvement since learning how to do them properly. Looking to improve and get the technique for this trick correct. This fouette turn has been incorporated in to one of our jazz turning excercises.

I personally am quite unhappy with this video, from what I have learnt in my training watching this back I feel my feet in first need to be tighter and my body looks quite weak. I need a lot more strength behind both the turns and my body's position. I'm not even happy with the lack of attack I have on the connecting steps looking back at this will push me to try and focus my bodies strength and dynamic more.
