Speaking

1. The most common problem in my district is that sts have less confidence and the mostly they feel shy. Moreover, they are not convinced about why to speak English. Unfourtunately, sts learn English as a subject not learn it as a language.
2. I think if we use some suggestions to solve problems, we can solve these difficulties. For ex. I have been using one of the apps that you have suggested us. It is chatterpix. I think it is especially suitable less confidence sts. Also, paper slide and flipgrid are the ones that I will exactly use in my classes. Because I think while using these tools, learning will be effective. And they provide conducive atmosphere to sts to speak more English. These reminders make sts feel more confident and eager to speak. Flipgrid is one of the best suggestion for me to convince the sts why to use, speak and improve English. Because the app gives a chance to create their own videos. It can be used as a homework, too. And also, sts and their friends make comment on the video. We know that sts like being popular among the others. I believe that by using these apps we can create more conducive and active learning environment.

Reading

1.	It depends on sts. Because it is changeable according to sts level, age of background and lifestyle. I think it may be difficult for most of the sts to be responsible for self-learning. We had an experience about in the pandemic process. It may last long to get sts adapt to flipped lessons but if we achieve we can make sts gain confidence by giving them opportunities to follow their own learning process. Furthermore it may be useful for teachers to give plenty of meaningful activities at home. When sts come class, teacher gives feedback effectively and use more materials about the topic.
2.	I have difficulty in deciding which idea is the best after each session because every idea is really worth to adopt and to apply in our classes. They are both informative anf enjoyable. One of the common problems of teaching reading is that sts are unwilling to read or they give a blank look on texts. The activity that we look at the classroom pictures on the wall and stand in front of the one that attracts us would be the best one to give them some clues about the text and make it meaningful for students. It work as a pre-reading activity and i am sure sts will wonder about the text. While reading process, we can use asking and answering activities also we can use multiple choices and we want to create new questions from sts. By using these, sts are exposed to text one more time and sts focus on sub-skills (skimming and scanning)and sts get the meaning of the text. At the Post session, sts do not use text and sts make role play or make poster and also discuss with each other. So Sts can actively engaged in the activities and learn more efficiently. I think today's wonderful ideas about reading are very good. I am sure i definitely use them in my class. I feel very lucky to learn these ideas and i believe they provide great oppurtunities for me and my sts. Thank you so much:)

1.	I think it can be useful for writing if we change product writing to process writing. It is both informative and enjoyable. For ex. Sts work with each other to write the text. Also sts use the given words and they can add new words. So Sts use more than one draft. It is appropriate to collaborate the students and for pair-works. Furthermore, it provides for sts to write creatively.
2.	I think Agony Aunt is the best preference for me. We can share our solutions about common problems about writing with this activity. It may work for resistant colleagues because they can do it as a group. We can have different perceptions about problems.

Grammar

1. According to me, combining explicit and implicit ways of teaching grammar in the class. Because it will not be memorable and effective, if we use just only one of them. So we combine both of them. Moreover, today I get new perceptions about teaching English. Especially frere, guidance and controller activities provide much more oppourtunities such as more discovering options to sts. I hope I use them more effectively to my students. Thank you so much :)
2.I think classroom management implications are the most important thing. Because they are reqiured to manage many things like managing time, group or pair works effectively. So in my PDC meetings, I am planning to more focus on these implications. And I want to create a sharing atmosphere among my colleagues about experiences and how can it be handle to increase the engagement of the sts during the learning process.

Vocabulary

1. I think teaching vocabulary with related words separately is the most useful and meaningful way especially at different times. Also using sub-categorizing, sts can both learn new words and recall the previous words. So, it is the effective way to teach English.
2. I can make sts keep the target vocabulary on their notebook by categorizing according to contex, wordform and collocations. Besides, synonyms and antonyms of the words can be written on their notebook to get the other words meaning. We can get students come up with some ideas to personalize the words in a way that they will like. Then they keep them on their notebook.

Assessment

1. I think self-assessment and assessing the process of learning would be one of the common problems in our local area. We should focus on not only production assessment but also process assessment. Using a self-assessment form can offer a solution for this problem. If sts know that they assess themselves, they may be aware and take control of their learning process. At the same time that way of assessment may keep sts active while learning.
2. Before i read the second question, i had just mentioned that self assessment can be a good way for an effective learning. On the other hand, peer assessment also can be supportive for learners if peer give feedback in a sensitive way. However, it sometimes may be a drawback. If sts know that they are evaluated by their friends they don’t feel comfortable, secure and willing to involve the learning. It means that situation may damage the learning process.

1. We know the greatest benefit of being in a PDC for teachers is to share our ideas/experiences on common problems in our local context. Moreover, it gives a chance to learn how to integrate the technology to the teaching peocess. We can gain awareness of differentation on tasks and activities.
2. When establishing a PDC i can benefit from Padlet to recall the way to apply a session. During the session we observe the facilitators and their way of conducting the purposes of a PDC.
3. PDC sessions would guide me how to define a common problem and to structure a PDC to come up with some ideas/solutions about that problem.
