She gave a compelling argument as to why she fits the job criteria, and she also gives numerous amounts of examples that help boost her cause. I enjoyed the paragraph about her liberal arts education and how she plans on using it to her advantage. This paragraph also brings forth an emotional aspect to her cover letter which immediately made me decide that this was a 'hire' rather than a 'not hire.'
