         <description><![CDATA[<div>My BMI is 59.5 and I'm over weight which makes me obese. I have no upper body strength to do a single pull up which makes it sedentary. I can only do 3 push ups and 3 V-ups which makes both inactive. I can jump rope 66 times in one minute so its average. I can only hold myself up for 55 seconds on wall sits which is also average. I get tired really fast and it gets hard for me to breath. </div>]]></description>
