The increase of official inspectors for detecting ALB and the beetle in the trees.Therefore we can have extensively inspections on Chinese shipments of the packaging of wood. They are also detecting of wood-boring pest.This could help decrease the beetles from spreading to other places.

Prohibiting this would also slow the spreading of the beetle down. This could also give a chance for inspectors to do research on the beetle to find ways to prevent it and get rid of it for good. The inspections also help find other exotic  bugs that could hurt trees.
