En effet, l'approche par compétences vous permettra de faire un état des lieux de vos compétences pour ainsi mieux vous présenter, de faciliter votre projection sur un nouveau métier via la compréhension de vos compétences transférables, de mettre en adéquation votre CV avec votre futur projet et surtout de répondre aux attentes des employeurs!
