         <title>Directions for &quot;one pager&quot;</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1.      All work must be on one side of the paper.</div><div>2.      Your first name and last name must be clearly displayed.</div><div>3.      Start with a border that reflects what you have learned about the book: vocabulary, characters, images, quotes, etc.</div><div>4.      Include one or more quotes that stand(s) out to you. You will have to tell why you chose the quote. Include each quote either in an image or as a border on one of the images.</div><div>5.      Draw images that reflect what happened in the book.</div><div>6.      Choose two characters and list characteristics from what you read. Find creative ways to do this: in a circle around the character’s name, surrounding an image you choose to reflect that character, etc. </div><div>7.      Do a word cluster: What was a theme from this novel? Put the word you choose on the paper in bold and cluster words around it that support it as the theme. </div><div>8.      Include your thoughts on the novel somewhere in one of the images. </div><div>9.      Be colorful and neat. Your entire page should be filled with these elements. If you have more room, you can repeat any of these steps. No space should be left blank, and nothing should be left in pencil. <br><br></div><div><br></div>]]></description>
