Shining Cannon (@ShiningCannon): 

[Original Technique] White's most utterly destructive energy attack and a move that sources its capabilities from enhancement of his Elementia; a garish lavender energy sphere that wields incredibly destructive capabilities, capable of multi-galactic levels of eradication.

     *This technique is rarely used due to the intensity of the technique. It’s one of his last resort attacks only used when White's being pushed.
Oblivion Breaker:

[Original Technique] Originally, the user's fingers to glow a crimson hue that would fire a piercing beam of energy towards the opponent and can either pierce the target or explode upon command.The move is basically a time bomb beam of crimson energy and can be utilized in many ways than one such as:

     *A variation of this technique would be Oblivion Breaker: Mines- When the user shoots multiple red beams towards or around an opponent and instead of piercing them, it leaves a red dot on them. In which the user can detonate at any moment.

     *Another variation could be Oblivion Breaker: Flash-bang Starlight- It was a technique meant to resemble a star being assimilated right in front of the enemy’s eyes in an instant; causing permanent or even long-lasting (temporary) blindness that could last for hours

Cobalt Carnage (@CobaltCarnage):

[Original Technique] This is a move the user can perform countless of ways, beginning with the user opening his/her palm while brilliantly luminous streams of azure tinted energy adroitly coils into a magnificently bright until the user discharges the blast from his palm. Although it resembles a Big Bang Attack during its generating stage, upon being unleashed, the blast bursts into a colossal wave with the potential of dealing ultimately destructive damage upon the opponent. This blast, although only his 2nd strongest blast attack.

*This technique can also be fused with any other technique White has in his arsenal unlike his other techniques that require a certain energy signature to form; Cobalt Carnage has the ability adapt to any means of energy.

*Cobalt Carnage also uses dominance in order to take the opponent’s attack and store its energy into White’s memory. Essentially, when a technique is taken, it will no longer be affected against the user upon dominating. Though, the process saps the user of energy depending on how intense the blast is.

[Original Technique] This mode increases the user's speed (movement, eyesight, reflexes, healing, energy generation, energy application, etc.) in every attribute possible by a monumental 60x multiplier for a short amount of time but cut the user's physical attacking strength in half. Causes your body it become as bright as a star up close and has the properties of blinding the opponent for a few moments at a time.

     *Because of him furthering his mastery in energy manipulation and utter understanding of the flow energy, much like the flow of blood, he is able to utilize the Partial GD Mode where it enhances a limb or any particular body part for an unlimited amount of time.
Luminous Darkness Mode (Cloak):
[Original Technique] Shrouds user in a cloud of dark aura with black lightning surging around it that is the total antithesis of the Gleaming Destruction. This mode increases the user's physicality ( constitution, endurance, strength output, reduces kinetic energy input, etc) in every attribute possible by a monumental 60x multiplier for a short amount of time but cut the user's movement speed in half.

     *Because of him furthering his mastery in energy manipulation and utter understanding of the flow energy, much like the flow of blood, he is able to utilize the Partial GD Mode where it enhances a limb or any particular body part for an unlimited amount of time.
Kaio-ken (界王拳, Kaiōken ):
"Oh... it's the Kaio-ken attack. It's like a massive upsurge of energy. Everything is heightened: power, speed, even hearing and vision improve dramatically." —Goku
Taught to White, after his first death, by King Kai—being prohibited from learning the Genkidama through him due to the uncertainty of his true nature. It's an output multiplying technique that requires incredible energy control/tolerance to utilize without overloading/straining the body to the point of possible death. A move that's specifically created to surpass your normal limits.
     *Has gone up to straining his body to the point of mixing it with SS2 100x over before immediately losing consciousness for weeks.
     *Has even mixed this technique with his Godly Elementia in order to achieve Seinaru Kaiō-ken ( 聖なる界王拳! Holy/Godly Kaiō-ken )

Entirely based on his natural instincts as both a fighter and a Saiyan, involuntarily, White is able to evade or counteract many maneuvers he perceives as harmful in some way or manner. This is something he calls his “Light Swiftness” due to his swift movements and flashy counters that follow.

Imperfect Reflection-

This is ability to see an attack once and imitate it exactly. He can also imitate other's movements upon the battlefield if he decides to get serious. The only backtrack is that the imitation will might not be as powerful or accurate as the person who he copied it from unless the person was weaker or slower than him to begin with. (Can't imitate power-ups and or transformations)

This hueless haired warrior is able to fluently perform motions more smoothly and precisely than average depending on the scenario at the time. He has somewhat of a sixth sense a one might say, which is much similar to the energy sensing method but far more instinctual than attempting to sense someone’s life force. This has always helped him since his adolescent days as he could easily react quicker than other fighters far above his age. Although, not a direct cause of his extraordinary perception, this has allowed him the uncanny ability to see things farther than others with an incredibly vivid image along with the ability. This is a direct cause of him choosing a sniper above any other gun related weapon due to his natural sniper-like abilities. His reflexes are as previously stated instinctual so the white haired prodigy cannot tap into it unless he’s being caught off guard or by surprise.

     *Let it also be known that he is able to sense the life force and power level of a certain person a memorize it to the point as if the person in which he sensed went into the future/past, he would be able to recognize them immediately.

This ability of his is a more of a direct add-on to energy manipulation, yet he uses it in a different manner. The white haired prodigy utilizes his ever-growing prowess in manipulating his own energy in order to vibrate his body’s molecules to immense levels; multiplying the rate in which they vibrate exponentially. This ability/technique can be used in many ways as in: 
     *He is able to vibrate his body’s molecules and pass through solid objects if needed
     *He can also move at a much faster rate when possible as it makes a glowing white outline around the Saiyan’s body; to literally move faster than his body could normally in the state he’s in; this is not affected by aura, however unless it’s used as an attack due to one’s aura being the visual representation of one’s spiritual energy/life force/ energy (whatever you want to call it) it cannot be used against him. After his training with Vladimir in the HTC he has furthered his proficiency in energy manipulation to be able to control literally every atom in his body and move them at his will. [His energy surrounds every atom and accelerates their vibrations]

With enough training with this technique, he could find multiple ways to get in and out of situations much like: 

     *Basically, he is able to phase through solid objects with ease.

      *Without the planet's gravity (10x of Earth's), the total came to around 2,270,000 tons. (As a frame of reference, off of PV, it weighs ~2.5x more than the Golden Gate Bridge at 887k tons,  Essentially still carrying around a 1.7 mile long bridge while reading a book, for example.)
     *This was also around the time, the introduction of his self-constructed nano-machines were implemented into this casual wear design. Although he can’t manually control them, they’re implemented as shock absorbers—dispersing nearly half of the kinetic energy through its already dense and amalgamated material. They even slowly regenerate his armor whenever damaged. (Ex. Half of his boot, wrist band, and chestpiece were cut in half. All of them would be back in perfect condition a minute later.)
      *Most versions of his armor are weighted.

Earthling Inspired Gi (with &w/o armor):
This is an outfit he chose to don in his resolve to identify with those he hated. In an effort to mock the Earthlings he despised so much, he donned an average gi of his own colors with the only enhancements being their resistance to kinetic energy—shock absorbing materials. His wristbands, boots and entire attire are all equipped to absorb and/or disperse kinetic force in half. Other than that, it's simply a gi he wears to test his full might—unhindered by weights of 20 million tons he carries around PV with ease.
     *Because of this gi, his overall physical attributes skyrocket past their normal limits. His overall agility, combat/travel speed, physical strength, etc. surpassing his casual wear by a tremendous degree.
     *Even with the inclusion of his upper body armor or gloves, there wouldn't be any weighted material within them. This outfit is specifically meant to test his own limits.
The Black Executor, Burakkueguze! ブラックエグゼ!

Being hand-made by certain material he created, the General constructed a energy conductor type sword that only activates to his unique energy signature. The sword works as a...well conductor for White's energy; converting it into any form or shape without wasting as much energy as he would manipulating energy without the sword. It can also cut any form of energy no matter the size and density.

     *By implementing his molecular manipulation into his sword’s cutting potency, he can vibrate the blade of The Black Executor at such a speed,  it can slide between and separate atoms to slice any physical object no matter the density seeing how an object’s density is only defined by how closely and tightly its molecules are held together. 

     *The sword has a black hilt along with a long jet black blade. But upon White's grip, the sword's blade shines brightly into whatever color his aura is at the moment. It also transforms whenever he goes into his Shining Knight or Demonic forms since his sword is linked to his own spiritual energy. Also, whenever in these forms, the elite can make it disappear or even reappear into the realm of either Shiroi Akuma or Vladimir.

     *-This satellite’s manner in which it supplies the entire “unlimited” amount of energy is an empty realm of existence/pocket dimension essentially a where there was previous just empty space and now inhabited with galaxy-massed bundles of energies of various types and affinities—magic of various types, ki, nature energy, life energy, Elementia, and far more.. This was given to him via his ancestor Vladimir as a favor since his satellite had a limited amount it could hold. The destruction of the satellite would result in the portal that links both dimensions to me immediately closed so the casualties would be 0.

Training Dome / Sheila:

The dome itself is operated by a computer program that primarily governs as the main point of data with a mind of its own but more so than any of his creations. It has adapted the ability of compassion and the warrior himself realized this and gave it its name, Sheila. Sheila has been White’s personal program for most of anything revolving around...well anything technology or health related like training, recovery, or the plethora of other things he does in his spare time. While her significant male counterpart W.I.L.I.S.S, is more as a secondary support system to the main functionalities of whatever is being done. The training dome itself is built with wall tiles that can reflect any form of heat or light, a gravity system, an almost infinite supply of droids that can be unleashed just about anywhere, an environmental mode which can make any kind of terrain it can like: a rocky biome, oceans, volcanic biome, mountains, frozen biome, and more. Its heat can rise to star levels or lower to absolute zero. And with the droids’ ability to adapt, virtually nothing will faze them.
