Then we do our homework and spend free time from 3:00 to 8:00 PM that is dinner time and at 10:00 we go to bed

• First we add flour, butter and one onion to a pan, and we wait for it to heat up while we stir.

• After 5 minutes we add milk, salt and iberic ham to the mix (keep stiring during this process). Then leave it in the fridge during night.

• After waiting, take a small amount of the dough and roll it into a ball.

• Whip the eggs, roll the dough in the eggs, and then in the breadcrumbs.

• Repeat this process until you finish all of them

How to make it:

1. Pound the meat – put the pork slices on a board, cover with plastic wrap or a bag, and pound them with a meat tenderizer until thin.

2. Season – add salt and pepper on both sides.

3. Prepare coating:

o first plate – flour

o second plate – beaten eggs

o third plate – breadcrumbs

4. Breading:

Coat each cutlet first in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs.

5. Frying:

Heat oil or lard in a pan.

Put the cutlets in and fry them on both sides until golden brown (a few minutes per side).

6. Done!

Serve with potatoes and a salad – just like grandma used to make 😊

Hello, my name is Oana, I am 17 years old, and I am in the 11th grade at Constantin Brâncuși Technological High School. Romanescu Park in Craiova, Romania, is one of Europe’s largest urban parks. It features beautiful lakes, wide green spaces, and a famous suspension bridge. It’s a peaceful place for walking, relaxing, and enjoying nature.
