  • The less structured daily schedule leads to unintentional breaks and diversions that steal time without you realizing it
  • Many tasks relegated to summer break are so unpleasant that you can’t bear to use your vacation time on them and just keep procrastinating over and over again
I'm not a schedule and list maker so I'm not fully on board with this. I do set aside 2 hours in the morning after breakfast to do household chores and now PD.

Our school keeps giving us new materials for use in math. We have so many things that we can't possibly use them all.
I can relate to punishing our best teachers by putting more on them because they are capable. But it makes teachers resentful and overworked.
