It is also adapted so that it can be used in different devices in a good way. It has all the functions and above all it has contact information of the company, location, schedule of working hours, email and also, it has call to action buttons and videos that make your content much more targeted.<br>I think they create their website on Wix and actually this is very helpful from them because this way they can get relevant information about the traffic on their website so they can improve and adapt their content (SEO tools).<br><br><strong>Area #2</strong>: <strong>CONTENT<br></strong>The content they create is relevant, informative and above all it is content that informs people about the brand. However, I think it should be a little more dynamic because they only publish pictures with phrases that can become very monotonous. They need to start creating higher quality content where they show more about their products, work environment, processes, etc., through videos or articles, photographs, reels that adapt to different platforms. <br><br><strong>Area #3</strong>: <strong>SOCIAL MEDIA PRESENCE<br></strong>I checked their social media and they haven't published content for months so I perceive that they don't have a media plan, but to be honest, the posts that were on their page were attractive and showed relevant information about the company. They need to start giving more importance to their social networks and create more content and adapt it to the different platforms because this way they will be able to reach a wider market and position the brand.<br><br><strong>Area #4</strong>: <strong>CRM (CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT<br></strong>I can't really find the CRM system they use but on their website they have a section where they allow visitors to schedule an appointment by leaving their name, email and the reason why they want to schedule the appointment. So this information allows them to build a database and obtain relevant information to adapt their strategies and content displayed on their different platforms in order to show more complete information to customers.<br><br><strong>Area #5</strong>: <strong>SALES PROCESSES &amp; TRAINING<br></strong>Considering the website and social networks that were reviewed, I believe that the company is in the process of continuing to adapt to these new means of promotion and is aware that it is important that the marketing and sales teams work together. While it is true, they are adapting to new technologies and to continue growing they are positioning themselves both in Mexico, working with companies such as Bimbo and expanding to the United States.&nbsp;<br>The company has a lot of opportunity for growth, so if it adapts its strategies, it will become more recognized. And also, they need to be more focus to show their products, to the clients.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Hotel Quartz<br><br><br><strong>INSTRUCTIONS:</strong> Please watch the following video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r6EllWD8Qbw <br><br>Based on video, and on your research of the company, respond if the company is using the recommended strategy, in case it is not possible to identify if they are using it, explain how that strategy could help the company you selected.<br><br><strong>Area #1</strong>: <strong>Website; </strong>Hotel Quartz is a beautiful building in Tijuana city and has a great reviews on google, Booking.com, Expedia and hoteles.com, also their website has the elements that as consumers needs. <br><br>As hotel guests we need some functions like gallery, information, contact and reservation section to do better the experience and the Hotel Quartz has this elements on the website.<br>&nbsp;<br><strong>Area #2</strong>: <strong>Costumer service</strong> <br>The hotel has a section on the website and we can find the contact information with number phone, email and direction. Doesn’t has a section where u can interact with costumers like “Live chat” but you can interact&nbsp; through these means.<br><br><br><strong>Area #3</strong>: <strong>Content<br></strong>Quartz use different ways to communicate and interact with guest, some of that means are Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and website. On these we can find a lot of information, pictures and stories where Quartz share the experience that they offer to guest, some pics of the installation, food and people experience, also the different options for events like, weeding, conventions, parties etc.<br><br><strong>Area #4</strong>: <strong>CRM<br></strong>To be honest I don’t know what kind of CRM they use, but I suppose that use something&nbsp; because you can do reservations through website and they need to have a software that help them to register this important information, and also you can fill a format if u want get in touch or receive information by them. <br><br><strong>Area #5</strong>: <strong>Sales standpoint:<br></strong>Doesn’t have promotions or something like that on their website or social media, but they implement agreements with companies to catch guest and get reservations.<br>I will recommend make diffusion to promotion the hotel&nbsp;and implementation of SEO and google Ads.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Hotel City Express<br><br><strong>Area #1</strong>:Website: City Express has its website where you can make your reservations directly, and learn a little more about the hotels. Also book flights with the accommodation.<br><br><strong>Area #2</strong>:Costumer service : it has different customer service numbers on its website, direct WhatsApp and even a live chat. Within the page it also has a wide range of frequently asked questions, a blog and has the ability to make reservations with applications such as booking.<br><br><strong>Area #3</strong>:Content: It does not have very good content since its social networks are very poor, there is not a general one but different from different locations and others that are not official, when content is uploaded it is usually more about tourist places in Mexico .<br><br><strong>Area #4 </strong>CRM: I suppose they have CRM, since when you want to chat live within the page, it asks for your name and email. Being so they could increase their database.<br><br><strong>Area #5 </strong>Sales standpoint: It has a City Premios loyalty program created to reward preference and make points that can be exchanged for prizes, it has 7,000 corporate agreements, which represents 60% of occupied rooms, it also has alliances with Airlines such as Volaris, Aeroméxico, Intejet and Avianca.<br><br></div>]]></description>

The have all the information of every social media&nbsp; (FB, IG, WA). <br><br><strong>Area #2</strong>: Strategy Content<br>They use information or photos of famous people using glasses, they have a lot of likes in each post of fb but in Instagram the dont have any interaction, they need influencers and a good strategy content that should be atractive.<br><br><strong>Area #3</strong>: customer service</div><div>In the website they put their WhatsApp number for any doubt or a space where you put you email with the doubt you have. It has no content and I think the design does not show its brading 100%.<br><br><strong>Area #2</strong>: Content<br>They have good content, where they share students' achievements and stories, as well as activities carried out by the careers or a lecture given at the university.<br><strong>Area #3</strong>: Social Media<br>They have Facebook, instagram, and linkedin, they are active on the first two, but most of it is pictures and they don't seem to have a content plan, I think they could leverage their networks to tell the experience of each race in a more detailed and engaging way, using media like video<br><br><strong>Area #4</strong>: CRM<br>I don't see any data collection for clients, other than the follow up given by whastapp and the contact list.<br><br><strong>Area #5</strong>: SALES<br>There is no information about scholarships or anything financially related, nor is there any information about costs.<br><br></div>]]></description>

There is only one call to action that is reserved now but it does not attract attention at all. To contact the hotel is at the bottom but there is only one section. They have two options of special credit cards from them, and a special membership where if you buy some certain products you get a reward or you could accumulate point to get some product for free or with a discount.<br><br><strong>Area #5</strong>: Sales Standpoint: They have presence in 3 different areas in one city and another 3 in other cities from other states.</div>]]></description>

They really know how to work with this area.<br><br><strong>Area #2</strong>: Content: The content provided by this company is very interesting, very complete. It explains what they do, what they offer, where they have participated, what each power generator is used for. They have been able to communicate their information in a very good way. That is, it is clear and easy to understand for those who are or are not related to this field. <br>In addition, their communication is clear in all their social networks and website.<br><br><strong>Area #3</strong>: Social: It has a website, facebook, instagram, whatsapp and linkedin. All pages are very complete, easy to find and have all the information of the company. What I did notice is that they do not update them very often, facebook and instagram have been 2-3 months without publications and in linkedin they have been 8 months without making a publication. That means that it is a very big area of opportunity. <br>Social networks nowadays play a very important role in the sales and growth of the company.<br><br><strong>Area #4</strong>: CRM System: I don't know exactly if they have a CRM system but I think they do, since, from their website you can contact them and leave them a message. This means that if they have a record of those who want to contact them. What I would recommend is to have it well systematized and orderly because all the information provided by customers is of great value to grow as a company and provide better service. <br>In addition, being a company that provides a service through a product, it is important to know the preferences of customers in terms of purchases, tastes, needs, etc.<br><br><strong>Area #5</strong>: Sales process: They can be considered to have a very good sales system. They have everything they need to have it, it is only a matter of dedicating the importance that is due to each area, for example, to their website, social networks, CRM system and everything that can benefit them to make the buying process safe and comfortable for the customer. That way the customer will be happy with their purchase.&nbsp;<br>As I mentioned earlier, this should be updated to continue to have the same impact.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Baja Inn Hotel<br></strong><br><strong>Area #1</strong>: Website<br>Baja Inn Hotel has a really great website, in which you can find all the information you need. <br>In this website you can find different pages, like:<br>- Hotels: in this page you can find information and location of their hotels (Hotel Cortez Ensenada, Hotel Hacienda del Rio Tijuana and Hotel La Mesa Tijuana)<br>- About us<br>- Event rooms<br>- Promotions<br>- BajaInnGo<br>- Blog<br>You can also find photos and articles about their hotels and places to visit.<br><strong>Area #2</strong>: Customer service<br>The website of Baja Inn Hotel has a "Contact us" section in which you can leave your information (name, email, phone, city and comments), also you would find the contact information of the different locations of the hotels and the reservation contact information. <br>One thing the website do not have is a Live Chat. This could be helpful for clients if they have a question when they are visiting the site.<br><strong>Area #3</strong>: Content and social media<br>Baja Inn Hotels has a good content on their website, they provide to the client photos of the hotel and articles about what to do on yor free time in Tijuana and about Valle de Guadalupe in Ensenada. <br><br>In this case, Baja Inn is only active on Facebook, however they also have Instagram and Twitter but they have not been updated since 2018. On Facebook, they use a different account for each location, on each page they share useful information and photos of the places.<br><br><strong>Area #4</strong>: CRM<br>On their website, Baja Inn has a section where you can leave you information and subscribe to their promotions. Also on the Contact Us page they have a place to leave your information and they would contact you.<br><br><strong>Area #5</strong>: Sales Processes<br>According to the sales process, they offer promotions on their website. This time, Baja Inn Hotels offers a Fast Pass to people who is visiting from the US. This is only valid to cross from Tijuana to San Diego via San Ysidro. You can do a reservation with a Fast Pass.<br>You can subscribe to receive promotions by leaving your name and email.</div>]]></description>

Pacific Metals has the information by category so it is easier for consumers to find what they need.<br><em>Categories:</em><br>-Home: Important news about the company.<br>-About us: Mission, vision, values, Quality politics.<br>-Services: Information of each service.<br>-Products: Information of each product.<br>-Contact: General contact information.<br><br><strong>Area #2: Costumer service<br></strong>In the category contact the costumers can find all the information contact, for example the phone number, email and maps with the ubication of each branch office (Tecate and Tijuana).<br>The website has a section that says "cotizaciones" which is for fast information, although it sends you directly to the contact information. They need to work in a section where it is faster to have interaction, it can be with direct messages (employee- costumer).<br><strong><br>Area #3: Content and Social<br></strong>the website has all the necessary information to help and inform consumers, I recommend have more direct interaction.<br><br><strong>Area #4: System CRM <br></strong>I don't know if they use a CRM system, but if they don't I recommend them Freshsales, Pipedrive, Monday Sales CRM, Hubspot and Infoflo because those are de most popular.<br><br><strong>Area #5: Sales standpoint<br></strong>They do not promote their products on their website or on their social networks, but they do make recommendations of their best products and also detailed information.</div>]]></description>
