Activity :

On my first day of internship at PowerAction Resources Sdn.Bhd,My supervisor or internship coordinator gave a briefing and a session to get to know each other "self-introduction session".
Next, I listened to a briefing about the tasks that needed to be done during my industrial training at the company and the need to make plans for improving the company.
Planning and acting out simulation exercises on how to do marketing or promotion at school. Here, I acted out things like going to explain and make camp offers at school. This simulation was conducted to get me used to talking to teachers and also the correct way to do marketing.
In addition, a discussion of video content and editing product promotional videos as initial training. Here, I recorded videos and prepared a complete video to be evaluated. We also discussed making posters and editing posters according to creativity and according to the information given. Finally, a simulation of how to do marketing was done again to strengthen promotions at school.

At 9 a.m., we had a discussion to make a poster template. In addition, I was assigned to edit posters related to the camp for the outing on social media.
I was also assigned to open social media accounts, tiktok, instagram and facebook for machang riverview campsite and chalet "MRCC". This is to make it easier to post posters or templates to share information about the organization and company. Here we can also post various activities carried out throughout the year on social media.
Not to forget, we also discussed with the coordinator about social media and content management as well as reviewing and adjusting posters to be shared with the community and the public on social media.
At 3.00 PM I was assigned to create an e-book titled "STRESS FOR THE SUCCESS". Here I learned how to create modules that could be shared with everyone. After finishing creating the e-book I updated and corrected the writing of the e-book. At 4.30 PM I entered an online meeting with the poweraction resources team.

Today, my manager instructed me to work from home. I was instructed to design and create 2 "customer service excellent" poster designs with the following information:

-Here, I distributed posters provided by the company and also trainer business cards to give confidence to the school that the marketing done by me was true and recognized.

At 10:00 am, I started my journey to Sekolah Kebangsaan Pulai Chondong. Upon arriving at the school, I met with the school counselor, Mrs. Rozana.
I explained to Ms. Rozana about the camp provided by Machang Riverview Campsite and Chalet as well as the promotional packages offered by the camp.
At the same time, I also told her about the existence and activities provided by the camp such as indoor and outdoor activities.
To convince Mrs. Rozana, I also explained what activities the camp carried out for indoor and outdoor activities. Indoor activities such as group activities, activities to strengthen identity and so on. Meanwhile, for outdoor activities there were activities such as obstacle course, jungle trekking and so on.
At 12:00 noon, I continued by doing marketing at the next school, namely at Maahad Tahfiz Pulai Chondong and also Syamsul Maarif (P). My marketing activities were carried out until 2:00 pm before the school students finished their daily learning sessions.

At 12:00 pm, I prepared lunch and ensured that the food served to students and teachers was sufficient. In addition, I was also part of the facilitator throughout the program by participating in the program in the hall and outside the hall with the students.
During the 3 days and 2 nights program, I was entrusted to supervise the students, especially female students, and take care of sick students. At the same time, I also prepared and changed 3 units of hampers to be handed over at the closing ceremony,
Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen was also part of my duties throughout the program.

Exactly at 11.00 am, the closing ceremony took place smoothly for the inauguration of the closing of the SMK Hamzah Co-Curricular Camp program.
At 2:00 pm, the MRCC Camp welcomed the arrival of students from Imtiaz Religious Secondary School, Kuala Berang for the purpose of the Jati Diri Camp program.
-At 3:00 pm, I moved to follow the program by participating in the program with students in the hall as a facilitator.

In the evening, after finishing the Isha' prayer, at 9:00 pm, students were given an hour to prepare for the cultural night performance the next night.
After 10:00 pm, the team of coaches and facilitators prepared to hold the 'Burung Hantu" activity or better known as the night walk. The purpose of this activity was to strengthen and increase the courage of the students in themselves.
This activity was completed at 3:00 am and students were given time to prepare themselves and sleep.

-Managing the movement of students from the Petron station to the campsite on foot. Meanwhile, several trainers and facilitators helped lift students' belongings using a Hilux to transport the belongings to the accommodation.

11.30 am-1.30 pm :

-Preparing students to gather in the hall for the opening ceremony and assignment handover as well as a brief briefing on the rules and introduction of the campsite area to students.

-Students gathered in the hall and introduced themselves to the MRCC student facilitators. I gave a few words to the students during the introduction session.

1.30 pm-2.00 pm :

-Students are given time to prepare themselves by performing ablution for the zuhor prayer.

-Students and facilitators of Zuhr prayer.

-Managing food and drinks for students and teachers in the dining hall

-I was part of the facilitator throughout the program.
