Then crush the onions, garlic<del>s</del>, ginger, peppers and lemongrass.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Ingredients; We need chicken or pork or dried prawns as you like. And some peppers, herbs, oil, soya beans, groundnut and noodles.<br>First cut chicken, ginger, garlic and leeks into pieces. Then heat the oil in a wok. Next drop in chicken, ginger, garlic and stir them AND cook in some oil. Add water, salt and try them for about 15 minutes. After that you get soup. And heat some water in a pan and then add the noodles AND cook for one or two minutes. Finally take the noodles out of the water and mix with soya beans, leeks and some pepper in a bowl. Serve it immediately with soup. Then you can eat the Shan noodles. It's really delicious and I <del>made</del> MAKE it 3 times in a month. I hope you'll like it.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The name of my dish is <strong>steamED pork</strong>. It's&nbsp; quite difficult to make. You need pork, garlic, spices, ginger,&nbsp; salt, black&nbsp; bean sauce and onion.<br>First , cut the pork into small pieces. Then clean it with water. Grilli<del>ng </del>the meat FOR about 3 minutes. Mix garlic,ginger, spices, salt, black bean sauce pastes. Move the meat to the steaming rack and stream&nbsp; for&nbsp; 30 minutes. Finally, take the meat out&nbsp; of the rack and add the spices. Serve it with some sauce. It takes about one hour to make it and you'll love it if you are not vegetarian (PITY!).</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>My Favourite Dish<br></strong>My favourite dish is fried beef with green chili. <br>The ingredients in this dish are some beef<del>s</del>, cooking oil, salt and spices, some green chilies, ginger and garlic. <br><del>At</del> firstly, wash<del>es</del> some beef<del>s</del> and some green chilies with the water. CUT Some green chilies <del>cut </del>into two pieces. Cut some beef<del>s</del> and ginger into small pieces. Add small pieces of beef, sliced ginger, garlic, salt and spices in a bowl and then mix together. Put in a pot and boil with the water on the stove FOR about 20 minutes. This step soaks the fLavor into the beef meat. And then heat up the cooking oil in a pan. WHEN The oil IS HOT <del>gets boiled,</del> fry the beef meat. AFTER About 10 minutes, add some green chilies into the pan. Stir-fry it with high fire to softEN and darkened color for 2 minutes. This curry’s smell is so good because of ginger and garlic.          <description><![CDATA[<div>The name of my favourite dish is fish curry.</div><div>Ingredients: fish, tomatoes, garlic, ginger, green chillies, onions, salt<del>s</del>, fish sauce, coriander leaves, water. spices and oil.</div><div>First, I wash the fish with water and then I put them into the pan. Then I wash tomatoes and cut them into small pieces. And I peel garlic<del>s,</del> onions and ginger. And I wash them with water. I cut onions but I put garlic and ginger into the mortar. Moreover, I put green chillies into it. And I <del>grand</del> GRIND them into the mortar. And then I change them from the moRtar to the pan. And add oil and a little water. I put <del>fair</del> salt<del>s</del>, fish sauce and spices into the pan. And I stir all of them into the pan. Then I start TO heat the pot. Cook for about 30 minutes. And I wash coriander leaves with water. When it's reached to finish, I cut corinder leaves into small pieces. and add into the pan. When It's ready to eat, I change the fish curry from the pan to the bowl.I'll eat my favourite dish with rice. It's very nice for me. Really..If you want to eat, I'll <del>sometimes</del> cook IT for you SOME TIME. But I <del>will'nt</del> WON'T always cook for you because I haven't enough time.</div>]]></description>

It includES<del>ed</del> oil; white onion; some spices; salt; fish sauce; egg; beans; cabbage; corns; carrot; and hot rice [USE COMMAS, NOT SEMI-COLONS WHEN YOU LIST SOMETHING].<br> Firstly; PUT oil into a pan while heatING the oil put in pieces OF white onion and some spices AND stir. Then throw in all THE vegetables (cut beans; cut cabbage; cut corns; cut carrot) for about a few minutes.Next ADD a little salt and PUT IN THE fish sauce <del>put in</del>.And drop hot rice into THE pan. Stir FOR about <del>a</del> five minutes. Then egg mix into a pan AND stir FOR about a little minutes.Finally, drop pan on the frieD place (? DO YOU MEAN, HEAT THE DISH). I think; my fried rice is <del>good </del>REALLY delicious.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>CONTENT<br>Thank you for all of these delicious dishes. Unfortunately, as I'm a vegetarian, I can't eat any of them, but they all sound very tasty!<br>Language<br>Generally the language is good but there are some points to remember.<br>1) Imperatives do not take a third person 's'. E.g. Add some salt, not adds some salt<br>2) For + minutes e.g. Heat for about 15 minutes<br>3) Semi colons (;) are not common in modern English. A comma (,) is much more normal. When you put things in a list, use a comma. For example, one, two and three.<br>4) Be careful with countable and uncountable nouns.<br>Homework<br>Read the other students dieshes. Try to follow their receipe and tell them if you liked their dish!</div>]]></description>
