         <description><![CDATA[<div>I learnt to answer the question directly instead of adding words that are not needed.<br>I have learnt to keep eye contact with the audience instead of just looking at the screen.<br>I have also learnt to summarise the whole chunk of words instead of just reading off the screen.<br>Is there a way to practise so that we do not use fillers?<br>Why does the government not make laws concerning these issues.<br>One thing that I would do is to practise so that I do not use a lot of fillers.</div>]]></description>
