Learning
1) I learnt to speak more fluently by being prepared to minimise the number of fillers.
2) I learnt that when presenting with slides, the points should be very brief (less than 8 words per point) so that people pay attention to me and not the slides.
3) I learnt that I should have more eye contact when I present so that the audience can be more interested.
