The long, thin spikes add character to the hairstyle as they are sharp like an ice queens evil, nasty personality. They are also shaped like a crown this shows that she is a queen. They have added silver tin foil to create the royalty look which proves she is a rich queen. 

To create this look i believe that they have made the hair pieces out of chicken wire and shed them into the tall pieces pointy at the ends. They may have wrapped fake hair around each piece. Then attached them to the small buns that have been tied with a bobble in the models natural hair. They will need to be stuck on securely using a lot of grip clips so the don't fall out. It will have to be hair sprayed into place so the head pieces don't fall out of place.

I think this look will have been used for a photoshoot as the hair and makeup is bold which will show up really good under the lighting and on the final look picture. They have photographed this picture with the perfect background that adds to the photo. 

To create this hairstyle they have took small pieces of hair and curled each of them pieces. Ensuring they go all the way from the root to the bottom of the hair to make sure there are no straight parts. After doing this to all of the hair, brush through each curl with your fingers and separate the curls so it makes the hair look fuller and thicker. Then with a back combing brush, brush at the roots going towards the scalp to make the hair look bigger and unkept like a clowns. Lightly brush the full piece of hair all the way up so the full head of hair is back combed and creates the messy, boffed look. They could have made the head piece out of cardboard and attached it to a headband with the extra decorations like the feathers took to the hat. Or they might have bought the head pieces and just fitted it to the models head.

It may remind people of an animals tail like a horse that is well groomed and looked after. This will really get people thinking of the theme and understand it as soon as they see this picture. The hair is sleek back and out of the way of the face.

To create this look the hair stylist has used gel to scrape every piece of hair back and ensure there are no loose hairs at all to create the sleek back look. I think they have used chicken wire in the middle of the pony to create the stuck up look and tied bobbles around 3 sections of the chicken wire piece. Ensure the rest of the only is brushed straight and no loose hairs. Hairspray the full look keep it tight and in place.

It is an elegant, colorful look just like the butterflies they have added to the hairstyle.

To create this look i believe they have created a tall, beehive shaped cone to place on top of the head using chicken wire. Underneath this hair piece wrap the models naturals hair into a tight bun so it is out of the way. Secure the head piece on top of the natural hair and ensure it is still on the head and doesn't move. Wrap fake hair, the same color as the models natural hair, around the head piece in a criss cross pattern. Make sure it has been hair sprayed so there are no loose pieces of hair for the photos taken of the look and so it stays in place the full duration of the shoot. To complete the look add the toy butterflies to the head attaching them with clips and maybe a bit of glue to the fake hair as this wont take any of the models natural hair out.

I think this look is for a photo shoot as the model is posing for the camera in the shoot and the have planned out the background of outdoors for the photo shoot. Also the model, doesn't have clothes on to showcase for a catwalk or to just walk down the catwalk. A piece is added to create the detail the look needs to make is a fantasy hair look. The textures and patterns also add the detail to the make the final look so effective.

To create this look the hair stylist has backcombed the hair to create a messy look. Then put the model hair into a messy bun using clips to create this look. leaving a few pieces out of the bun and rolling them into a circle and clipping them on top of the bun to create a twirl look. Using chicken wire create little snake shaped pieces and wrap the models hair around them and clip them in place to the bun. Wrap the snake toy around the front of the head to give of the snake effect and make it more effective.

This look is also used on a photo shoot as it has a strong makeup looks and the nails add to the look for the final photo look. It is secure and will stay in place for the full shoot.
