         <description><![CDATA[<div><mark>If you are vegan make this stew without the crab nor any meat, fish or poultry. <br>If you are a vegetarian, add egg instead of any animal product. Avocados &amp; spinach are great sources of proteins; avocados are healthy fats,ow in saturated fat, good sources of vitamins C &amp; B6,  a little magnesium also. Plantains are a good source of iron, especially the green plantain when boiled in its skin.
