The water crisis has a big effect on our economy. Less water, national debt is coming up- but let's look at some real factors of the Water Crisis.

1. It includes Climate Change
Yes, water is melting at the minute because of our carelessness of green gases (greenhouse gases) and yes, glacier are letting out, but climate change is what it's all about. As you're reading this word, a glacier is probably giving way. We pollute the air, and we expect noting bad to go bad out of it. Instead, greenhouse gases are in the air, trapping heat that bounces off soil, and this is one of the many reasons why Nevada has never seen temps. like the low's 80, or even the low 90's.

More reasons in the next comment!

Water will in fact evaporate from any substance that it is in such as sand, dirt, or ocean water and maybe we could find a way to take advantage of this process to get more fresh water. Also, I learned that at thirty two degrees fahrenheit, water will turn into ice. ( Or zero degrees celcuis.)

And then the bowl will have no water in it. But when it comes to the soil, (and here comes capitalization), If you have hard soil, like some dry ground, if water precipitates just enough, the ground will turn into mud because it has been soiled with water, and then we can drill up the water. So NO, it can soak up more water.
