the main difference is that in the first picture the women is doing face time call and the other women is just talking with another person but without seeing each other
in the first photo the girl is in her house so maybe she is just talking with a friend, whereas in the second photo shows that is in a formal talking because she is wearing formal clothes.
Answering the question maybe they are talking with the phones because they are so far and they can see each other on person.
Photos E AND F
 Both pictures show us that paparazzi are taking photos to a famous persons, overall the second photos paparazzi are so much invasive than the first picture.
The main difference is that in picture E the famous is on the limousine and the picture F the famous is like in a red carpet.
