The two stress tests I took on Psycom.com were the "Do I Have Panic Disorder?" and the "Self Stress Assessment, Am I too stressed?" The results from the stress test, "Do I Have Panic Disorder?" included me having a strong indication of panic disorder that steamed from stress and the affects it has on my body. The results included that I am experiencing symptoms that are common with other people who are also experiencing this disorder and that if I continue to feel these symptom, to seek medical attention from my health care provider. In the second test, "Self Stress Assessment, Am I too Stressed?" the results concluded that there is a strong indication of too much stress in my life. Again, suggestion that if I keep experiencing these symptoms that I seek medical treatment from my health care professional. I know most of, if not all, of my stress comes from work related situations, school, and the every day stresses I experience with being a mother, a wife, and full time student, and a full time worker. I always have a lot going on and get overwhelmed and stress about everything. I can manage these by taking time to plan out what I need to get done in a day, make a plan, and take each day one day at a time.

While everyone varies, which means their stress varies, some common reasons I stress are money for bills, school, work, and then keeping up home duties a mother and wife have to keep up on while juggling full time work and full time school. I am doing three to four full time things every single day and it gets very stressful and overwhelming. One way I can try and manage this stress is doing certain things at home on the days I do not have a full work load and days I do not have as much homework due. It is hard to try and think of ways I can manage the home related stress but my husband and I communicate and he tries to help me out as much as he can and take some stress off me by doing some chores around the house and or cooking dinner. A huge benefit that I have been working on is time management and keeping a planner to make sure everything I need to get done is written down and accounted for so nothing is forgotten and I have a schedule of when everything needs to be done by.

Stress can have huge impacts on the body, the mind, and on a person's entire life. On you physically, stress can have affects on your body like headaches, muscle aches, chest pains, and fatigue, (Maiya, 2020). Stress also affects a person's mood. It causes feelings of anxiety, relentlessness, lack of motivation, and feelings of being overwhelmed, (Maiya, 2020). Stress also affects a person's behavior. It affects a person's behavior by causing over or undereating, angry outburst, habits of addiction, and feelings of wanting to be withdrawn from others, (Maiya, 2020).

There can many different types of ways of asking for help when dealing with stress. It always important to remember the resources you have available to you so you never feel alone or like you have nobody to help you. The National Alliance on Mental Illness offers many suggestions to those who are dealing with stress. Some of these include; accepting your needs and knowing your limits, managing your time and prioritizing your activities, practice relaxation like deep breathing and or meditation, and exercising daily to keep a healthy body and mind, (Stillwell, 2017).

When dealing with stress, knowing ways to reduce it and manage it are important and knowing what works the best for you. Where I live there is a place I can go to, Mental Health clinic, to speak with a counselor or get extra resources on how I can cope with stress on my own. There is a few local gyms that I have available to me that will help get the relief of stress by exercising. There is a yoga gym I have access to if that would to prove to work better for me, and I always have the option of talking to my family care physician about my stress and seeing if she would be able to do anything for me or refer me out to a professional if she would not know the best option in helping me deal with it.

When dealing with stress there are things I have to keep in mind when trying to cope. I know God does not give me anything I can not handle, if he can bring me to it then he can bring me through it. My family, my siblings husband, and my children mainly, are the ones I seek out when feeling so overwhelmed I do not know what to do. My siblings and husband are there to listen and offer support when I need it. My children do not hear my stressing but them just there and being around me make me feel loved that they help me by just being present and loving me. Knowledge is a huge part for me. If I know what I am up against and know how to best deal with it, I know I can find ways to be better. The more I know about a situation I am dealing with, the more prepared and comfortable I feel when trying to deal with it and resolve the issue.

Stress comes in many shapes, forms, and ways. There is stress from daily things like housework, family issues, work, school, finances, and even from poor personal health. Stress, even if coming from things that seem simple and easy to resolve, can have life long impacting consequences, (Solomon, 2019). All kinds of stress can cause physical, psychological, emotional, and psychosocial affects, (Solomon, 2019).
