During my freshman year I have a project with 4 other guys for an Engineering class. And I thought handling software and hardware part of project was not doing enough. In reality my team they do nothing but sitting there messing around.

At my current job, I feel imposter syndrome as I compare myself to my wonderful, accomplished, skilled, and smart coworkers.

To overcome it, I reassure myself that I also got this job, which means the employers had faith in me. I also overcome it by trying to remember what I bring to the team, tangible or otherwise.

felt this way quite recently when creating a form to fill out; i kept looking at previous forms on how to create one since i felt i didn’t know what questions to ask on the form

did get complimented on my form making skills tho so i suppose i did well lol

At my internship this summer, I had major imposter syndrome as every other intern, employee, and mentor was male. I felt kind out of place sometimes. It felt like the other people thought less of me because of my gender but i tried to remind myself that there wasn’t a lot of evidence for that. It was mostly internal tbh.
