Sometimes, working in a group can be disorganized. When setting roles, the work can be done.

It is useful to have an agenda or know what to do before the class starts.

When you are in a group try to form a good environment. When you have a good relationship you work better. 

At sea of learning something that has been really useful for me was knowing new people because I was new in the school and with the quarantine it was way more difficult to know people.

I managed to overcome my difficultes by realising that highschool was much more difficult than primary and that I had to start working harder.

The first thing I would recommend when working in a group. Is that you organize properly. For this, you can distribute roles and tasks and also, organize your time by indicating what your group should be working on, in each period of time.

As I mentioned before, to organize better you can define roles and distribute tasks depending on everyone’s skills. For example, if there is a person in your group that is really creative and good at decorating things, you can give that person, a task that addapst to their abilities. 

My last advice is that you manage time wisely. This will help you focus on important tasks by keeping them in the highest priority so that you can finish them and move on.

The human was created to go through changes and challenges, and the first one already arrived, sea of learning, but don’t worry, your teachers will speak of that in the future.

But one really important thing you need to know is how to give and receive feedback.

But first, what is feedback? Feedback is helpful information given to someone to indicate what can be done to improve something.

We use the ladder of feedback, and the first thing is the clarify stage, where we ask questions to help you understand fully. 
Then the value part, where you express what you like giving detailed examples. For example you can say: I really like …… because ……. Then the state concerns, where you kindly express your concerns. For example, you can say: I wonder if……, It seems to me. And finally the suggestion step, where you make suggestions for improvement, some vocabulary you can use is: “maybe you could”, what if…
